Order Processing Times

We are based in Australia, and all times are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and to receive your tracking number or confirmation of shipment (during non-sale periods).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not liable for incorrect addresses and will not issue refunds for wrong information.
Once dispatched, Caye Collection is not responsible for delivery delays, lost, missing, or stolen packages. Please contact the courier directly if any issues arise.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately. To avoid disappointment, cancellations may not always be possible.
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

It covers parcel loss, damage, or theft.

Duties & Taxes

For most countries, duties and taxes are covered by us and included in the shipping cost.

However, duties and taxes are not covered by us for shipments to the countries and territories listed below. Customers in these locations are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

Sale Period Dispatch Times

Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing during sale periods.
We cannot change items after a sale order is placed.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, contact us immediately with a photo.
Written notification is required within 3 days of receiving.
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both pre-order and non-pre-order items, we will hold the entire order until the pre-order item arrives.
Cancellations on pre-orders orders are subject to a X% processing fee to cover non-refundable merchant costs.
To receive non-pre-order items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), your refund will be processed. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are exempt under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU or any other applicable exceptions under EU consumer protection law.
